Domestic Shipping

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at edgeoutwear@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

International Shipping

“We offer different return windows depending on your location:

  • EU Customers: You have the right to return your item within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
  • Canada Customers: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all packaging included.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Return shipping instructions will be provided once your return request is approved.”

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items                                                                        

ALL EDGE EXCLUSIVE DROPS ARE FINAL! We do not Accept Exchanges or Returns. Please make sure you are purchasing the right size before you order.

Returns and Exchanges are accepted on domestic U.S.A orders only. We do not accept returns on international orders.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.

Shipping Label

Buyers are responsible for the cost associated with return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For orders shipped for free that are returned, the shipping cost will be deducted from the final refund (between $8 to $10 Continental U.S.) Contact us at edgeoutwear@gmail.com
