Domestic Shipping & Delivery
We aim to fulfill all orders as soon as possible. We offer a cost-based shipping system. Domestic orders are shipped via either USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. US territories using P.O. Boxes will be shipped via USPS and UPS. Please contact info@edgeoutwear.com directly for any questions or requests regarding shipping methods, or address changes. Customers will be notified of a proper tracking number for your order once it has been fulfilled. The following timeline can be utilized strictly as a guideline for estimate delivery times:
• Flat Rate Domestic - 3-5 Business Days depending on delivery address
• Flat Rate Express Domestic - 1-3 Business Days depending on delivery address
Please note delivery times may vary depending on location, and we do not guarantee these delivery times due to third-party factors beyond our control. We also ask our customers to kindly provide a telephone number when placing your orders. This will help tremendously in making sure orders are cleared and arrive in your hands in a proper time frame.
Canada & International Shipping
Canada Boxes*: 9-14 business days or 2-3 weeks after leaving our Online Store Warehouse.
*Customs clearance, International postal delays, and other factors can sometimes cause shipping delays for Canadian orders. If you have not received your order 14 business days after receiving tracking details, please contact customer care for assistance.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns:
We do not offer a return label unless the product under a certain condition such as damaged cloths. Please contact us with reason you want to return at edgeoutwear@gmail.com. Please note that the original shipping charges on the order will not be refunded. We will not accept any returns delivered to us without any prior communication and written agreement between us and the customer. Please make sure all items to be returned are properly packaged and traceable with a proper tracking number. We also recommend insuring the package for the full amount of value. We do not accept or assume responsibility for loss of or damage to returned goods while in transit from the customer. Once the returned items have been inspected and confirmed, a full refund will be issued to the customer – which does not include the original cost of postage and packaging. We have the right to deny returns if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
Please note our online return policy applies ONLY to orders placed on edgeoutwear.com. Lastly, if we made a mistake in processing your order - Apologies! This ONLY includes incorrect or damaged item being shipped. In this case we will refund your original shipping charge. Please contact edgeoutwear@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the merchandise that you received as well as the item you were expecting / received. We'll send you a return shipping label. If we have the correct item in stock, we'll ship it to you once the incorrect item is received. If the item is no longer available, we'll credit your original form of payment.
- We do not accept returns on any orders unless the item is defective or an incorrect size was shipped.
- If you receive a defective item or the incorrect size, please contact us at edgeoutwear@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt to initiate the return process.
- Returned items must be in unused, resalable condition with all original packaging intact, including price tags attached and the original invoice.
- Please make sure all items to be returned are properly packaged and traceable with a proper tracking number. We also recommend insuring the package for the full amount of value.
- We will not accept any returns delivered to us without any prior communication and written agreement between us and the customer.
- Refunds for approved returns are processed within 14 days after we receive the return merchandise and will be given in the original form of payment, excluding the original shipping costs.

Exchanges:
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you receive an incorrect size and wish to exchange it, please follow the returns process and place a new order for the desired size.

¨All Sales on Discounted Merchandise:
- All sales on discounted merchandise are FINAL and not eligible for return or exchange.
Limited Drops:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for items from limited drops. All sales are final. Please make sure you are purchasing the right size before you order.
Exclusive Drops Violations:
- Purchasing Limitations Will Apply
- Multiple Orders Will Be Cancelled
- Violations of these rules will result in a $5 Cancellation Fee
