How to Track Your Order

Tracking Your Shipment

Once your item starts to ship, you will receive another email stating "Your order is on the way." This email will include:

  • Estimated Delivery Date: When you can expect your package to arrive.
  • Order Tracking Option: A link to check the status of your order.
  • Store Collection: An option to visit our other store collections for more exciting products.
  • Tracking Number: At the bottom of the email, you'll find your tracking number.

You can tap on the tracking number, and it will direct you to the courier's website, where you can see the real-time location of your package.

Steps to where to Track Your Order
  1. Locate Your Tracking Number: Find the tracking number in the shipping confirmation email or at the bottom of the "Your order is on the way" email.
  2. Visit the Shipping Provider’s Website: Go to the website of the courier service (ex. UPS.com or USPS.com) listed on your shipping label.
  3. Enter Your Tracking Number: Input the tracking number to get real-time updates on your shipment’s status. You’ll be able to see when your package was shipped, its current location, and the estimated delivery date.

Exchange/Return Policy

If you need to exchange or return your order, please follow our Return Policy. Ensure to keep your Order Number handy, as it will be required for processing exchanges or returns.

Shipping Label Breakdown

When your package is shipped, it will have a shipping label with crucial information to help you track it:

Top Left Corner:

  • Shipping Provider: The courier service handling your delivery.
  • Company Name: Our company's name.
  • Suite Number and Store Location: The location from which your package was dispatched.

Top Right Corner:

  • Date: The date your package was shipped.
  • Weight: The weight of your package, ensuring accurate handling and shipping costs.

Order Number (0001):

Located directly under the label "0001," this is your unique Order Number.

Center of the Label:

  • Mailing Address: The destination address where your package will be delivered.

Bottom Center:

  • Tracking Number: This is your key to tracking your package.

Tracking Updates

Stay informed with periodic updates about your shipment:

  • Shipment Confirmation: Notification that your order has been processed and dispatched.
  • In-Transit Updates: Information about your package’s journey.
  • Out for Delivery: Alert that your package is on its way to your address.
  • Delivery Confirmation: Final confirmation that your package has been delivered.
