Olympics Red 9TWENTY Adjustable

I contacted customer service on December 4 immediately after my order arrived because I received the wrong hat. I did not receive any response.

I followed up again on December 9, explaining the issue and asking how to return the incorrect item and receive the correct one before Christmas. Once again, I received no response.

Now, on December 22, I receive an automated survey asking about my experience. At this point, it feels far too late. Unfortunately, the lack of any response has made it clear that your customer service is essentially nonexistent.

This is very disappointing.
